What We Do

We identify Roles & Responsibilities required to deliver a project, then highlight the capability gaps, e.g…

  • Programme Management

  • Create a Resources Plan (Roles & Responsibilities)

Consult

  • Determine via scoping how to minimise the CAPEX risks
  • Create detailed scopes, and contracts on behalf of the client
  • The scope would include layouts, fabrications drawings, cable schedules, etc… with enough detail to obtain competitive bidding (bid analysis)
  • The contracts are designed so that the ownership of the risk is with the supplier
